Stakeholder Forum Presentation

The RHP 6 Stakeholder Forum, held December 10, was a huge success with 105 attendees. It was great to see so many Performing Providers and other stakeholders from our region. The Forum provided an overview of the 1115 waiver and RHP 6 Plan, celebrated DY 2 achievements, kicked off the Learning Collaboratives, and previewed next steps. The Forum was followed by two Learning Collaborative sessions on behavioral health and primary care. The presentation is now available.
