DY5 may be the last official year of the DSRIP program, but we are all hopeful it will be followed by a renewal or extension. In preparation for this, RHP 6 will focus its DY5 learning collaboratives on four key factors for success: Alignment, Collaboration, Sustainability, and Evaluation. To encourage broad participation, these events will take place via webinar. Dates through August 2016 have been set. Register today!
All DSRIP providers are strongly encouraged to attend.
** In lieu of the May webinar, we held a Face-to-Face event on May 10 at the Texas Diabetes Institute (701 S. Zarzamora St., San Antonio).
