RHP 6 Performing Providers have been actively implementing projects and assessing outcomes through Category 3 measures. Often the measure specifications are difficult to interpret and providers are challenged to ensure accuracy and completeness in data collection, analysis and reporting. Providers are coming together in Learning Collaboratives via teleconference/webinar to share best practices, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities to improve upon their outcome measures.
